Cart and order storage
Local storage key empathy-outdoors-cart-v1 keeps product IDs and quantities until you clear it. Session storage keys empathy-outdoors-delivery-plan-v1, empathy-outdoors-pending-checkout-v1 and empathy-outdoors-orders-v2 can hold checkout drafts, contact/address details, a duplicate-submission reference and recent order access codes. They normally end with the browser-tab session; browsers may restore sessions. Avoid using a shared device for private order details.
Sound and sign-in
Music remains off until you choose to play it on the current page. Older versions may have left an unused eo-seasonal-sound preference in local storage; it can be cleared. Optional Clerk sign-in uses authentication cookies; Stripe’s separate checkout uses its own payment and fraud-prevention storage. See those services’ notices when using them.
Your controls
You can clear this site’s cookies and storage in your browser. Doing so may clear your cart, draft, sign-in and saved order access. It does not cancel an order. The optional map loads only after you select its button and is not needed for an address quote.
Analytics and advertising
The current site code has no advertising pixels or audience analytics, so it does not show a marketing-cookie banner. If nonessential tracking is added, this notice and the applicable consent controls must be updated before it runs. Questions: 864-999-4020 (call or text).
