Our catalog includes seasoned oak firewood bundles, long-needle pine straw bales, black and brown hardwood mulch, and screened organic topsoil. Each product page shows its size, price, uses and current availability. Items marked Not available cannot be ordered online; contact us for availability.

No. Add available materials to your cart, enter your contact information, choose pickup or delivery, and review your order request. Guest checkout is available. An optional account lets you see orders placed while signed in. Keep the order number and private access code shown after submitting a guest order.

Yes. Pickup at 2428 S Pine St, Spartanburg, SC 29302 has no pickup fee. Choose Pickup and your preferred date and time at checkout. Materials and applicable tax still apply. Your order request and pickup arrangements are confirmed before materials are prepared.

Delivery is calculated from our Spartanburg yard using driving distance. The current estimate is $39.99 for the first 10 driving miles, plus $1.00 per additional mile, with an online range of up to 60 driving miles. Enter your complete address for a route-based quote. The map circle is a distance guide; it does not guarantee coverage. Delivery details and pricing are confirmed before fulfillment.

Online pickup and delivery dates can be requested from two to sixty days ahead. Delivery windows are 12–3 PM or 3–6 PM on weekdays, and 9 AM–12 PM or 12–2 PM on weekends. All times are Eastern. Select a preferred date and window; we confirm availability and timing before fulfillment. Contact us if you need help with a sooner order.

Use the material calculator with your bed dimensions and desired depth. At a depth of 3 inches, a 2 cu ft mulch bag covers about 8 sq ft, a 1 cu ft topsoil bag covers about 4 sq ft, and a pine straw bale covers about 35–50 sq ft. These are planning estimates; coverage varies with settling, density and the shape of your space. Product pages include material-specific guidance.

Submitting checkout creates an order request and does not charge you immediately. We confirm product availability, fulfillment details, delivery pricing, applicable tax and payment before preparing materials. Keep your order number and access code to check the current status. A requested pickup time or delivery window is not a confirmed appointment.

When online payment is available for a confirmed order, its payment button opens Stripe’s secure checkout. Apple Pay is offered on eligible devices with a supported card in Wallet. Payment options appear in that checkout. If no payment button is available for your order, contact us for the next step. Submitting an order request alone does not take payment.

Call 864-777-4020 with your order number to request a change or cancellation before materials are prepared. If an order is already paid or you have a return or refund question, contact us to review it. Cancelling an order does not automatically issue a refund.
