How to ask about cancellations, order problems and refunds.

Request a change or cancellation
Call or text 864-999-4020 (call or text) as soon as possible, with your order number. Changes before preparation may be possible. A cancellation request is not confirmation that an order has been canceled or refunded.
Incorrect or damaged materials
Contact us promptly with the order number, a description and useful photos. Keep the material separate where practical while we review the issue. Do not send your private order access code or card details.
Returns and refund decisions
Eligibility depends on the order, its preparation and delivery status, any limitations disclosed and accepted for that order, and applicable law. Prepared, custom or mixed bulk materials may have limitations; this page does not introduce an undisclosed fee, deadline or blanket no-refund rule. Contact us before arranging a return. We will confirm the proposed resolution and any refund amount.
Payment and timing
Cancellation and refund processing are separate steps. For an approved card refund, ask us for confirmation of submission; the payment provider and bank determine when it appears. No fixed processing time is promised here. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, contact us to resolve fulfillment or refund; mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
