Call 864-777-4020 or email empathylandscapingsc@gmail.com for order help, product questions, delivery changes, and refunds. Our yard is at 2428 S Pine St, Spartanburg, SC 29302. Check the current pickup hours and delivery information before traveling.
Track or change an order
Use Track my order with your order number and private access code. Keep the code confidential. To request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly with the order number, name, and requested change. A requested pickup or delivery window is subject to confirmation.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect materials
Contact us with your order number, a description, and photos if relevant. We will review the issue and explain the next step. Do not discard disputed materials before discussing the issue if they can be safely retained. Returns and refunds depend on the accepted order and applicable consumer rights; see Terms of Service.
Payments and delivery
Online payment opens Stripe’s secure checkout when available. Do not send card numbers by email. If a payment appears incomplete, check your order before paying again and contact us with the order number and approximate payment time. Review delivery coverage and ordering FAQs for planning help.
